Steamed Condensed Milk Cake Recipe (No Mixer No Oven)

In Cooking Tree, we’re serving up delicious Steamed Condensed Milk Cake (No Mixer No Oven), and we’ll show you how to make it from scratch.

I made a moist and sweet condensed milk steamed cake~
The steamed cake is a cake with a texture that is halfway between an oven-baked cake sheet and a rice cake like Baekseolgi.

I made it easy by whipping the meringue by hand without using the oven by minimizing the tools.
If you open the lid in the middle of steaming, the top may shrink, so it is better not to open the lid while baking.

If you cut it while it is warm, it will feel soft and moist. I baked it high in a 15cm mold, but I think it would be good to use an 18cm mold~
