Ingredients

  • 210g Cake flour
  • 8g Baking powder
  • 35g Sugar
  • a pinch of Salt
  • 65g Butter
  • 30g Parmesan cheese
  • 30g Whipping cream
  • 15g Milk
  • 4g Squid ink
  • Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare Parmesan cheese by grinding it in a slicer, add squid ink to fresh cream and milk, and mix.
  2. Sift the soft flour and baking powder, add sugar and salt, and mix.
  3. Add butter and mix until soft, then add whipped cream mixture and mix lightly.
  4. Add 30g of Parmesan cheese and mix, then form a lump and cut into 6 equal parts.
  5. Put it on an oven pan, apply fresh cream on the top, put Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese on top, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 17-20 minutes.
