Tortilla Yogurt Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 150g Cream cheese
  • 55g Sugar
  • 2g Vanilla extract
  • 150g Plain yogurt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 35g Corn starch
  • 1 Tortilla (20cm)

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla extract.
  2. Beat in the yogurt, then beat in the egg.
  3. Add the cornstarch and mix evenly.
  4. Place the tortillas in a mold and pour in the batter.
  5. Bake in a 175 degree oven for about 30 minutes.

- Mold size : 15cm
