Rose Apple Pie Recipe

In Cooking Tree, we’re serving up delicious Rose Apple Pie Apple tart, and we’ll show you how to make it from scratch.

I made a rose apple pie topped with fragrant and delicious apples! The pie topped with a pretty flower is really tasty and pretty ^^ It’s because the apples are sliced thinly, so the slightly transparent ones are more delicate.

Rose Apple tart

Ingredients

  • Tart sheet - 12cm
  • 1/4 Apple
  • 5g Sugar
  • 1/2ts Lemon juice
  • 1/8ts Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 Apple
  • 50g Water
  • 15g Lemon juice
  • 15g Water
  • 20g Sugar
  • Cinnamon powder a little

Instructions

  1. Chop 1/4 of an apple.
  2. Put apples, sugar and lemon juice in a pot and bring to a boil, then add cinnamon powder and boil.
  3. Slice 1 apple thinly.
  4. Put sliced apple, lemon juice (15g), and water (50g) in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove the water by placing it on a kitchen towel.
  6. Lay the stewed apples flat on the baked tart sheet and cover the sliced apples in layers.
  7. Lay the apples on top and roll them up to form a flower shape and place them in the middle of the tart.
  8. Put water, sugar and cinnamon powder in a pot and boil until thickened.
  9. Drizzle syrup over the pie.
