Raspberry Chocolate Mousse Cup

Ingredients

  • (2ea)
  • 130g Melted chocolate
  • Raspberry
  • Sugar powder

chocolate mousse

  • 50g Milk chocolate
  • 30g Dark chocolate
  • 30ml Hot Fresh cream
  • 2g Leaf gelatine
  • 1/8ts Vanilla extract
  • 100ml Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Pour melted chocolate into a silver foil cup, cover it and harden it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix milk chocolate, dark chocolate and hot cream in a bowl, then add gelatin and vanilla extract and mix.
  3. Add the chocolate mixture to the whipped cream and mix.
  4. Carefully separate the silver foil of the chocolate cup from the refrigerator.
  5. Put the chocolate mousse in a chocolate cup and harden in the freezer for 30 minutes, then put raspberries on top and decorate with powdered sugar.
