Ingredients

  • 15cm Sponge cake sheet - red, orange, yellow, green, purple
  • Whipped cream 500ml (+sugar 50g)
  • Sugar syrup
  • Kiwi
  • Pineapple
  • Mango
  • Strawberry

Instructions

  1. Prepare five colored sponge cake sheets and whipped cream with sugar.
  2. Lightly apply whipped cream on the rotating plate and place the purple sheet on top.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar syrup, apply whipped cream, and put kiwi on top.
  4. Apply whipped cream on the kiwi and place a green sheet.
  5. Sprinkle sugar syrup and cream, then put pineapple on top.
  6. Apply whipped cream on top of the pineapple and put a yellow sheet on top.
  7. Sprinkle with sugar syrup, apply whipped cream, and put mango on top.
  8. Apply whipped cream on top of the mango and place an orange sheet.
  9. Sprinkle with sugar syrup, apply whipped cream, and put strawberries on top.
  10. Spread whipped cream on the strawberries and place a red sheet on top.
  11. Smooth the cream on the top and sides.
  12. Decorate the bottom with whipped cream and put strawberries on the top.
