Ingredients

  • 50g Crushed Whole wheat cookie
  • 25g Melted butter
  • 200g Cream cheese
  • 30g Sugar
  • 1/2ts Vanilla extract
  • 100g Whipped cream
  • 4g Leaf gelatine
  • 30g Strawberry puree
  • 10g Pistachio Powder

Instructions

  1. Put the crushed daisy and melted butter in a bowl, mix, and put it in a mold to make it flat.
  2. Put cream cheese in a bowl and loosen it gently. Mix sugar and vanilla extract, then add thinly whipped cream and mix.
  3. Add melted gelatin and mix.
  4. Divide the mousse into 3 parts and mix with strawberry puree in one place and pistachio powder in the other.
  5. Put the pistachio mousse in the mousse mold and harden it in the freezer for 10 minutes, then put the strawberry mousse on it and harden it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the remaining cream cheese mousse and harden in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
  7. Put chopped pistachios on top of the mousse.
