Ingredients
- (3ea)
- 150g Cream cheese
- 30g Sugar
- 1/2ts Vanilla extract
- 60g Plain Yogurt
- 5g Leaf gelatine
- 120g Whipped cream
- 60g Peach (grated)
- Sponge cake sheet 7cm 3 sheets
- Peach slice
- Apple mint
Instructions
- Put cream cheese in a bowl and loosen, then add sugar, vanilla extract, and plain yogurt and mix.
- Add melted gelatin and mix, then add whipped cream and mix.
- Put the sponge cake sheet under the mold, put the mousse in it, and harden it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Add ground peach to the remaining mousse and mix.
- Put the peach mixed mousse on the hardened mousse and harden in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Garnish with peach slices and apple mint.
