Peach mousse cake Recipe

Peach mousse cake is on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

I made a mousse cake full of pink and lovely peach scent~
The peaches were soft, ripe, and sweet.

I used the peaches and grinded them into the mousse, which gave off a subtle peach flavor and was delicious~^^
For decoration, I dug a peach in a circle and trimmed it into a hemisphere shape, but it was a little difficult to shape it because it is a soft peach~ ㅠㅠ

I think it would be easier to use a hard peach for decoration~
I dug it up in a circle using a 5ml stainless measuring spoon~

I think it’s good to harden the peach drink with jelly and put it in the middle, and you can feel the bright and plump texture of jelly~*^^*

I think it’s a lovely mousse cake that even makes me feel like it~~
