Sponge cake sheet:

  1. Put the egg yolk in a bowl and loosen it, then add milk + melted butter and mix.
  2. Put the egg white in another bowl and whip it. When a large bubble appears, divide the sugar in 3 batches and whip it
  3. to make a meringue.
  4. Sift the flour and mix, then add the egg yolk mixture and mix.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and hit the bottom 2-3 times to remove air bubbles. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Butter cream:

  1. Whip the butter until soft and smooth.
  2. Add sugar powder little by little and mix at low speed until the butter and sugar powder are completely mixed,
  3. Increase speed and whip for 6-7 minutes.
  4. Add whipped cream + vanilla extract and whip to make a soft creamy state.
