Parmesan Potato Stacks Recipe

Parmesan Potato Stacks

Ingredients

  • 4 Potato
  • 20g Melted butter
  • 15g Parmesan cheese Powder
  • 2g Garlic Powder
  • Salt, Pepper
  • Dry herb (parsley, rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Grease the muffin tin with butter.
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly.
  3. In a bowl with potatoes, add melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley and rosemary and mix.
  4. Stack seasoned potatoes in a muffin tin and sprinkle with a little rosemary and pepper.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
