Nuts Meringue Cookies Recipe

Cooking Tree will show you how to make a homemade version of this delectable recipe for Nuts Meringue Cookies.

I made a nut meringue cookie that is easy and simple to make~
I tried roasting nuts at home in a pan, but I think it’s better to use them after roasting because they are more savory and flavorful~

You can make it with various ingredients such as walnuts, pecans, and dried fruits.

I think it looks nice and natural even if you put the meringue hard, add almond powder and cornstarch, mix it with chopped nuts, and then bake it comfortably. Add starch to give it a crispy outside and chewy inside.

If you want to eat it crispier and firmer, you can increase the baking time and bake for about 50 minutes.

Meringue cookies are weak against moisture and must be kept completely sealed, so you can enjoy them as soon as possible.
