No-Bake Zebra Chocolate Ganache tart Recipe

I made a zebra-shaped no-oven chocolate tart with dark and white chocolate ganache! If you look at it from above, it looks like a single rose, and the cut section looks really natural like a zebra.

Since the chocolate ganache tart is very sweet, I think it is a good dessert to eat on a day when you want to eat something really sweet~^^

Crispy and savory Daize cookies and chewy ganache go well together, so it was very sweet, but it was really delicious~

Zebra Chocolate Ganache tart

Ingredients

  • 200g Crushed Digestive cookie
  • 80g Melted butter
  • 130g Dark chocolate
  • 65g whipping cream
  • 10g Butter
  • 5g Corn syrup
  • 150g White chocolate
  • 50g whipping cream
  • 5g Butter
  • 5g Corn syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed Daize cookie and melted butter, put it in the tart mold, and press firmly to shape it.
  2. Add fresh cream to dark chocolate and microwave for 1 minute to melt, then add butter and starch syrup and mix.
  3. Prepare the white chocolate ganache in the same way.
  4. (1) Pour the ganache alternately on top and harden in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
