No-Bake Strawberry Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

Strawberry Oreo Cheesecake is on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

I made a no-oven Oreo cheesecake with moist and flowing strawberry puree~
If you just make the dough and puree, you only need to alternately stack and harden them at a time, so it is relatively easy to make.

I’ve also made a lot of Oreo cheesecake, and I think it tastes several times better when eaten with strawberry puree.
I didn’t know that the combination of Oreo and strawberry would be this good~ hahaha

Oreo powder attached to the side should be crushed as finely as possible before use.

Strawberry Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 250g Frozen Strawberry
  • 55g Sugar
  • 7g Lemon juice

  • 90g Crushed oreo (without cream)
  • 40g Melted unsalted butter

  • 4g Gelatin
  • 220g Cream cheese
  • 35g Sugar
  • 5g Lemon juice
  • 160g Heavy cream
  • 8 Oreos

Instructions

  1. Put sugar in strawberries and boil over medium heat. When it thickens, add lemon juice and boil for 1 minute more, then cool at room temperature.
  2. Add melted butter to the crushed Oreo powder, mix evenly, put it in a mousse mold, flatten it, and harden it in the refrigerator.
  3. Soak gelatin in cold water for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Loosen the cream cheese with a hand whisk, add sugar and lemon juice and mix.
  5. Remove the water from the soaked gelatin and heat it in the microwave for about 10 seconds to melt it, then add it to the dough and mix evenly.
  6. Whip about 50% of whipping cream, add it to the dough, mix well, cut the Oreos, put them in the dough, and mix again.
  7. Pour a little batter into the mold and put strawberry puree on it. (Strawberry puree must be put inside so that it does not touch the rim of the mold. If it covers the outside, the puree will leak after completion.)
  8. Put the dough and puree once more, add all the remaining dough, and harden in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  9. Remove the mold using a steam towel, attach crushed Oreo powder to the side of the cake, and decorate the top with Oreo and dried strawberry dice.
