I made two flavored cheesecakes with fragrant green tea and Oreos~.
The colors go well together, but the flavors go really well together too.
I crumbled the Oreos on the outside of the cheesecake to give it a more luxurious look.
The slices are pretty, so itโs a treat for the eyes as well as the mouth~!

Green Tea Oreo Cheesecake (Matcha Cake Recipe)
Ingredients
- 90g Crushed oreo
- 40g Melted unsalted butter
- 7g Gelatin + 35g Water
- 300g Cream cheese
- 45g Sugar
- 3g Vanilla extract
- 5g Lemon juice
- 200g Whipping cream
- 6g Green tea powder
- 25g Hot milk
- 15g Crushed oreo
- 7g Green tea powder
- 25g Whipping cream
- 90g White couverture chocolate
- 35g Whipping cream
- Oreo powder
Instructions
- Mix the creamed and crushed Oreos with the melted butter.
- Pour into a mousse mold, press flat and place in the refrigerator.
Cheesecake
- Mix powdered gelatin with water and let it soak for about 10 minutes.
- Gently fold in the cream cheese that has been heated in the microwave for 20 seconds.
- Mix in the sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
- Heat the soaked gelatin in the microwave for 20 seconds to dissolve, then fold in.
- Fold in the whipped cream, which should be about 50% whipped, and mix evenly.
- Divide the dough in half and add the green tea powder to the warm whipped cream, mixing until the green tea particles are completely dissolved.
- Add the green tea and whipped cream mixture to the halved dough and mix evenly.
- Pour into the mousse mold, flatten, and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Add the crushed Oreos to the reserved cheesecake batter and mix.
- Pour into the mousse mold and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Add the green tea powder to the warm whipped cream and mix until the green tea is completely dissolved.
- Stir the white chocolate into the whipped cream and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds.
- Add the powdered green tea and whipped cream mixture and stir to combine.
(If there are a lot of air bubbles, you may want to strain the mixture through a fine sieve once.)
- Pour into a mousse mold and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Remove the mousse mold with a steam towel and dust the outside with Oreo crumbs.
