I made a more moist and soft New York Cheesecake by making it without flour or starch powder! When slicing cheesecake, heat the knife and cut it so it cuts nicely.

I soaked it in hot water, dried it, and then cut it. Compared to other cheesecakes, it is fresh and not greasy, so it was really delicious for my taste. Cheesecake lovers, New York Cheesecake is highly recommended!!!

Ingredients

Crust

  • 85g Crushed whole wheat cookie
  • 1/8ts Salt
  • 10g Sugar
  • 45g Melted butter

Filling

  • 380g Cream cheese
  • 75g Sour Cream
  • 35g Butter
  • 115g Sugar
  • 80g Egg
  • 5g Lemon juice
  • 1/2ts Vanilla extract
  • 10g Egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Add salt and sugar to the crushed daisy and mix, then add melted butter and mix.
  2. Lay flat on the bottom of the oven pan and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  3. Put cream cheese, sour cream and butter in a bowl and mix, then add sugar and mix.
  4. Divide the eggs into 2 batches and mix.
  5. Add lemon juice, vanilla extract, and egg yolk, mix, and pour into the oven pan.
  6. Put it on a pan with hot water and bake it in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 90 minutes.
  7. Cool for 8 hours in the refrigerator or 3 hours in the freezer.
