Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies are on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

I made chocolate chip cookies with mint chocolate that has a tangy scent~

Mint essence is also added to the chocolate cookie dough to give it a subtle mint flavor, and if you eat mint chocolate together, the flavor is stronger~~

It’s not a crispy style cookie, it’s a slightly moist cookie, so I think you can eat it softly~

It may break if taken out of the oven and transferred immediately, so let it cool slightly and then place it on a cooling rack to cool completely.

Mint chocolate and chocolate chips were also added to the dough, but when panning it was slightly covered by the cookie dough, so I put more chocolate on top and baked it, which makes it even more pointy and pretty~

Mint is a bit of a dislike, so if you don’t like mint, you can omit mint chocolate and mint essence and eat it as a moist chocolate chip cookie.

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 90g Unsalted butter
  • 40g Brown sugar
  • 40g White sugar
  • 0.5g Salt
  • 40g Egg
  • 2g Vanilla extract
  • 3g Mint Essence
  • 120g Plain flour
  • 10g Cocoa powder
  • 1g Baking powder
  • 1g Baking soda
  • 20g Chocolate chip
  • 8 Mint chocolate
  • 12 Mint chocolate (decorative)
  • Chocolate chip (decorative)

Instructions

  1. Soften unsalted butter and mix with brown sugar, white sugar, and salt.
  2. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and mint essence and mix, then sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda and mix.
  3. Cut chocolate chips and mint chocolate into small pieces, mix, cover and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Shape and pan in an oven pan, place mint chocolate and chocolate chips on top, bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes, and cool.
