Mini pineapple cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 50g Butter
  • 40g Sugar
  • a pinch of Salt
  • 50g Egg
  • 1/4ts Vanilla extract
  • 50g Cake flour
  • 13g Almond Powder
  • 1/4ts Baking powder
  • Pineapple
  • 70g whipped cream (+7g sugar)
  • Sugar powder

Instructions

  1. Put butter in a bowl and loosen gently. Add sugar and salt and mix.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix.
  3. Sift the soft flour, almond powder, and baking powder and mix.
  4. Fill the mold with butter halfway and place the pineapple on it.
  5. Cover the pineapple with dough and flatten it, then bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
  6. Decorate the cooled cake with whipped cream and sugar powder.
