Marshmallow Brownie Recipe

I made a marshmallow brownie that is a combination of dark and sweet brownies and marshmallows~
Putting marshmallows on top of a brownie and eating it together gives it a luxurious chocolate pie taste!
I think it’s more delicious because you can feel the moist, soft, and dark chocolate taste~

I finished the brownie by slightly heating it with a torch. When cutting with a knife, use a torch to heat the knife or use hot water to cut the marshmallows well.

I cut the knife once, wiped it clean, and then heated it again to cut it.
The ever-growing marshmallow goes really well with the brownie, so I think it’s a dessert that looks and tastes good~

Ingredients

  • 250g Dark couverture chocolate
  • 150g Unsalted butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 4g Vanilla extract
  • 180g Brown sugar
  • 55g All-purpose flour
  • 25g Cocoa powder
  • 3g Salt
  • 200g Sugar
  • 80g Water
  • 150g Starch syrup
  • 15g Gelatin sheet
  • 4g Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place a bowl on top of a pot of hot water, add dark chocolate and unsalted butter, and melt.
  2. Place a bowl of eggs on top of a pot of hot water, add vanilla extract and brown sugar, and whip until foamy.
  3. Remove the bowl from the pot, add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture and mix, then sift the wheat flour, cocoa powder, and salt and mix.
  4. Pour it into a 20cm square frame covered with Teflon sheet, flatten it, bake it in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 25 minutes, and cool it.
  5. Put sugar, water, and starch syrup in a pot and boil it until the temperature reaches 114~118 degrees.
  6. Pour over brownies, flatten, and harden at room temperature for 2 hours.
