In Cooking Tree, we’re serving up delicious Lemon strawberry cake, and we’ll show you how to make it from scratch.
I made a pink-pink strawberry cake with strawberry whipped cream in genuise baked with lemon zest~
I made a puree with fresh strawberries, and it really tasted like strawberries, so it was really delicious even if I just eat the cream~^^
Boil the puree with strawberries and sugar, then add a little lemon juice and boil until thickened, then cool to use.
You can adjust the ratio of strawberry to sugar according to the sugar content of the fruit, but I used a ratio of 3 strawberries to 1 sugar.
I added only lemon zest to the basic Genuise dough, but it had a lot of lemon flavor, so it was refreshing and went really well with strawberries.
As a decoration, I decorated the remaining strawberry whipped cream, white whipped cream, and strawberry cream dyed in a piping bag by freely squeezing it with a tip of a different shape.
The white chocolate glaze should be used after setting the consistency and after all the hotness has disappeared.
Icing it with pink strawberry cream makes it a lovely strawberry cake~^^
