I made a layered tiramisu mousse cake with 3 hidden flavors~
Add vanilla, coffee, and chocolate to cream based on fragrant mascarpone cheese to harden the mousse in three layers.
It seems to have become a slightly different shape of tiramisu by wrapping the coffee-soaked lady finger cookies on the outside~^^
Cookies filled with coffee and cream together are really delicious!

Layer tiramisu mousse cake
Ingredients
- 230g Mascarpone Cheese
- 45g Sugar
- 2g Vanilla bean paste
- 4g Leaf gelatine
- 185g Whipped cream
- 3g Coffee Essence
- 15g Melted dark chocolate
- 18 Lady finger cookies
- 200ml Espresso + 15g sugar
- Cocoa powder
Instructions
- Soften the mascarpone cheese, add sugar and vanilla bean paste, mix, soak in cold water for at least 10 minutes, microwave for 10 seconds, add melted gelatin, and mix.
- Add the thinly whipped whipped cream, mix, put 5-6 tablespoons (15ml spoon) of the dough in the mousse mold and harden in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Add coffee essence to the remaining mousse, mix, put 5-6 tablespoons in the mousse mold, and harden in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Add melted dark chocolate to the remaining mousse, mix, put in a mold, and harden in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Remove the mold by melting the outer surface slightly with a steam towel, then put the lady finger cookies soaked in espresso (+sugar) on the side and sprinkle cocoa powder to finish.
