Langue De Chat Recipe

In Cooking Tree, we’re serving up delicious Langue De Chat, and we’ll show you how to make it from scratch.

I made langue de chat by rolling it into two shapes~
Baked in a long triangular shape, I made a croissant shape and a straight line and rolled it up to make a flower shape covered with chocolate for coating.

When baking and hot, do it right on the pan so that the cookies do not break and dry well.
You can make it before it cools down if you only bake 2-3 at a time.

The taste is similar to that of Kugdas, so it has a familiar taste, and I think you can enjoy it in a variety of ways by dipped in chocolate of various flavors~
