I made a baked jam pie by making a shape with fragrant apricot jam~
If you apply meringue cream on the puff pastry, shape it with jam, and bake it, it will rise up deliciously and become a crispy pie~^^
I used apricot jam, but I think you can use other jams as well~
Apply the meringue cream on the pie dough and let it harden in the refrigerator for about an hour to get a beautiful shape.
I used the Perth pastry dough by rolling it about 5mm.
If it’s too thick, it swells up a lot, so it’s not pretty~
Although it is a laborious process, it is delicious and fun, so I think I made it enjoyable~
It’s crispy and flavorful, so it’s good as a snack~*^^*
