  • radish
  • cave
  • Shiitake mushrooms
  • Kelp

 

  • salmon
  • lemon
  • herb salt

Instructions

  1. When cooking, add kelp radish oyster mushrooms and cook.
  2. Sprinkle with herb salt and grill the salmon.

Notes

Water comes out of the radish, so please use a slightly smaller amount of water than the original rice.
