How to make Triple chocolate pudding

I made a chocolate pudding using all three chocolates~ It was nice to be able to see all the different flavors at once by using white, milk, and dark chocolate~ It comes in 3 colors and the colors are beautiful.

Triple chocolate pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 Leaf gelatin
  • Egg yolk 20g Egg yolk
  • Sugar 20g
  • 75g Milk
  • 1/2ts Vanilla extract
  • 30g melted white chocolate
  • 25g whipped cream
  • 70g melted Milk chocolate
  • 30g warm milk
  • 1/2 Leaf gelatin
  • 70g melted Dark chocolate
  • 30g warm milk
  • 1/2 Leaf gelatin

Instructions

  1. Put the gelatin in the plate and soak it for 20 minutes or more.
  2. Put egg yolk + sugar in a bowl and whip until it turns ivory.
  3. Put milk + vanilla extract in a pot and simmer over low heat until the edges boil slightly.
  4. Pour in (2) little by little and mix, put in a pot and boil over low heat, stirring until slightly thick.
  5. Add melted white couverture chocolate and mix, squeeze out the water from the soaked gelatin and mix, then transfer to another bowl to cool.
  6. Add whipped cream in step (5) and mix, pour into a pudding cup and harden in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  7. Add warm milk to the melted milk couverture chocolate and mix, then add soaked gelatin and mix.
  8. Pour over hardened pudding and harden for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator. Repeat the same for dark chocolate.
