How to Make Totoro Pizza Bread

I eat pasta, and there is leftover tomato sauce I was thinking about what to make and decided to make pizza bread and eat it ^^ I made it cute in the shape of Totoro haha

Totoro Pizza Bread

Ingredients

  • 125g strong flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 80ml water
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Peeling

  • onion
  • mushroom
  • pimento
  • olive
  • ham
  • tomato sauce
  • pizza cheese

Deco

  • mayonnaise
  • pimento

Instructions

  1. Put the strong flour in a bowl, make 3 holes, put sugar, salt, and yeast into each hole, and mix with flour to prevent them from mixing together.
  2. When everything is mixed, add water and knead.
  3. When the kneading is completed to some extent, add olive oil and knead to finish, stack two balls and ferment for about 50 minutes in a medium bath.
    * Cover with paper foil during fermentation​
  4. ​When the dough is more than doubled, press it down to release the gas, then divide it into 2 parts, take a little bit of the dough to make the Totoro ears, make the ears, and use the remaining dough to make the Totoro body.
    *Please make a groove for Totoro's stomach.
  5. Cover and ferment in a warm place for 15 minutes
  6. Prepare by chopping ham, bell pepper, mushroom, onion, and olive.
  7. ​​When fermentation is complete, Sauce → Chopped vegetables → Add cheese.
  8. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 15-17 minutes, Garnish with mayonnaise and green peppers and you're done!

Notes

  1. Bake it right away and eat it while it's hot.
  2. The cheese is also growing.
