This is a basic tart, pie sheet dough video ^^ I made it crispy and more savory by adding almond powder! It goes well with both pies and tarts, so I think it’s a good dough to use.

Ingredients

200g Flour

Almond powder 30g

Salt 2g

130g Cold butter

60g Cold water

Instructions

Sift wheat flour + almond powder + salt.

Add cold butter and mix with a scraper.
(Until the butter is mixed with the flour and becomes small, crumbly)

Add cold water and make a lump, put it in a ziplock bag, flatten it, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Coat the dough after resting with flour, spread it out, attach it to the tart pan, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Make a hole with a fork before baking.

Notes

Bake only tart sheet: 20-30 minutes in a 180 degree preheated oven

Please use the butter and water in a cold state.
