Squid ink pizza bread

Ingredients

  • 250g bread flour
  • 7g Sugar
  • 3g salt
  • 4g dry yeast
  • 140ml Water (35℃)
  • 2g Squid ink
  • 7ml Olive oil
  • tomato sauce
  • Sausage
  • Bacon
  • Pizza Cheese, Mozzarella cheese
  • String Cheese

Instructions

  1. Put strong flour in a bowl and make 3 grooves, then put sugar, salt and dry yeast in each groove.
Mix it with the flour first so that the ingredients do not come into contact with each other, and then mix thoroughly.
  2. Add squid ink to water and mix, then pour into a bowl and knead until it comes together, then add olive oil and knead for 10-15 minutes.
  3. After making the dough round, drizzle a little olive oil on the top, cover and ferment in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. When the dough is doubled in size, press it with your fist to release the gas.
  5. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cut it in half with a square mold, add a little pizza cheese, and attach 2 slices to make a head.
  6. Cut 2 pieces of dough in the shape of a squid body, put tomato sauce, sausage, bacon, and pizza cheese in the order of 1 sheet, cover the remaining sheet and stick well.
  7. Make 10 squid legs and attach them, then bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
