I made a spicy sashimi stew using aarong sashimi~ After boiling for a long time, it is soft and delicious. I think it would be great to eat with the family this holiday season!

- Aarong Sashimi (Beef)

- radish
- Green Onion

- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1/3 cup of sake
- 1/2 teaspoon lotus leaf powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- rice water
Instructions
- Soak the aarong avalanche in water to drain the blood, and then cut it.
- Chop carrots, radishes, green onions, apples, and cheongyang peppers appropriately.
- Mix the seasoning ingredients well.
- βββββββββPut the radish on the floor, put the meat on it and pour the rice water over it.
- Add seasoning and add chopped vegetables.
Pour the rice water until the meat is half-submerged!
Add half of the green onion, and add the remaining half at the end.
- Cover with a lid and simmer for at least 40 minutes.
Stir with a wooden spoon in the middle to avoid sticking to the bottom.
