Ingredients
- 43g Butter
- Milk 40g
- 50g Water
- 1g salt
- Sugar 3g
- 45g Flour
- 50-55g Egg
- 120 g marshmallows
- Butter 15g
- Melted chocolate
- sprinkles
Instructions
- Put butter, water, milk, sugar and salt in a pot and boil until the butter is completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat, sieve strong flour and mix until smooth.
Put it back on the fire and heat it up, stirring rapidly for about 1 minute until a white film forms on the bottom of the pot.
- Transfer the dough to another bowl and let it cool slightly, then beat the eggs in 1/3 portions and mix.
- Put the dough in a pastry bag and pan it in an oven pan. Dip your fingers in water and arrange the ends of the dough in a circle.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 40-50 minutes and cool.
- Melt the marshmallows and butter in the microwave for 10 seconds at a time, then place them in a piping bag.
Drill 3 holes in the back of the shoe and fill it with marshmallows.
- Decorate the top with melted chocolate and sprinkles.
