How to make Rilakkuma & Hello Kitty Crepe Cake

I made a crepe cake in the shape of Hello Kitty and Rilakkuma~ I made it by stacking it in 3 colors, so it’s a point and the color is pretty! If you are not going to eat it right away, you can store it in the freezer and eat it.

Rilakkuma & Hello Kitty Crepe Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 7g Sugar
  • 1g salt
  • 1/4 ts Vanilla extract
  • 50g Flour
  • 75ml Milk
  • 50ml Fresh cream
  • 10g melted butter
  • Food coloring
  • Whipped whipping cream (Cream 150ml + sugar 23g)
  • Sugar Powder
  • Cocoa powder
  • Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Put eggs in a bowl and beat lightly, then add sugar + salt and vanilla extract and mix.
  2. Sift the soft flour and mix well to avoid lumps.
  3. Add milk + whipped cream little by little and mix evenly, then add melted butter and mix.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 parts and mix food coloring in 3 places to make turquoise, brown, and crimson colors.
  5. Pour the dough into the pan, spread it thinly and bake it on both sides until golden brown.
  6. After taking a picture with a mold, apply whipped cream one by one and stack them.
  7. Sprinkle sugar powder (Hello Kitty) and cocoa powder (Rilakkuma) on top and decorate with chocolate.
