Ingredients

  • 500ml milk
  • 250ml fresh cream
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 23ml lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add milk and whipped cream, mix, and cook over medium heat until the edges are bubbling.
  2. While the milk and cream are simmering, mix in the salt and lemon juice.
  3. When it boils, lower the heat to low, add salt and lemon juice, mix several times, and bring to a boil.
  4. When it comes up like soft tofu, take it off the fire (takes about 10 minutes)
  5. After putting cheese in a cotton cloth, squeeze out the water, and remove the remaining whey with a heavy weight.
  6. When the whey and cheese are separated, put them in an airtight container and marinate in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
