How to make Raspberry cheese brownie

Ingredients

  • 65g Raspberry
  • 1Ts Sugar
  • 1Ts Water
  • 134g Melted chocolate
  • 134g melted butter
  • Sugar 120g
  • 1g salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 83g plain flour
  • 33g Cocoa Powder
  • 167g Cream cheese
  • 50g Sugar
  • 36g Egg

Instructions

  1. Put raspberry + water + sugar in a bowl, cover and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes, then strain through a sieve.
  2. Put melted chocolate + butter in a bowl and mix, then add sugar + salt and mix.
  3. Add eggs and mix, then sieve wheat flour + cocoa powder and mix.
  4. Put cream cheese in a bowl, loosen it gently, add sugar + egg and mix.
  5. Put the brownie dough in the oven pan and flatten it, then pour the cream cheese dough on it and flatten it.
  6. Sprinkle raspberry puree and stir with chopsticks to make a pattern.
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
