How to make Rainbow vanilla cupcakes

I made colorful rainbow cupcakes~ Since the muffins are so colorful, I sprinkled a little whipped cream and sprinkles on them, but they are pretty~^^ The taste is the most basic muffin taste.

Ingredients

  • Soft Flour 90g Flour
  • 60g Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • Sugar 50g Sugar
  • Baking powder 3g
  • 1g salt
  • Milk 60g Milk
  • 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
  • Food coloring
  • whipping cream
  • Rainbow Sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Prepare by mixing milk and vanilla extract, and add soft flour + baking powder + salt.

  2. Put butter in a bowl and loosen it, then add sugar and make it into a soft creamy shape.
  3. Add eggs and mix at high speed to avoid separation.
  4. Put powdered ingredients 1/3 → milk 1/2 → powder ingredients 1/3 → milk 1/2 → powder ingredients 1/3 in the order and mix to make a dough.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 parts, add food coloring and mix to make a rainbow color.
  6. Put parchment paper in the muffin tin and put the dough in the order of purple → blue → green → yellow → orange → red.
    Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-23 minutes.
  7. After cooling, garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles.
