Ingredients

  • Soft Flour 140g Soft Flour
  • 100g Butter
  • 50ml Cold Water
  • Sugar 6g
  • Salt 4g

Instructions

  1. Mix the soft flour and cold butter until the butter is mixed with the flour until it becomes small,
    Mix water, salt, and sugar well and pour it into a lump.
  2. Cover with cling film and ferment in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Sprinkle powder on the dough and spread it out,
    Fold 1/3 on both sides, fold 1/3 once more in the folded state, and repeat the process of blooming wide again twice.
