How to make Plum jam & apple jam

In Cooking Tree, we’re serving up delicious Plum jam & apple jam, and we’ll show you how to make it from scratch.

Last time I went to my grandmother’s house to play, she gave me plums that she had grown herself, so I made plum jam with them~ I also made apple jam with the green apples I had at home!

Apple jam has a more chewy texture because the particles are alive, and plum jam is sweet and sour and really delicious. And it’s really delicious to eat with an apple jam sandwich on crackers~ Apple pie flavor!!

Ingredients

  • plum
  • apple 
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples and plums thoroughly
  2. Cut the apples and plums into small pieces
  3. Stir-fry the fruit, then add sugar in a 1:1 ratio and boil it.
  4. If it drips when you spill it with a spatula, it's ok!
  5. As it cools, it becomes more viscous!

Notes

  1. If you have a lot of plums, you can add more sugar.
