Ingredients

  • Melted milk chocolate
  • Rolled wafer
  • 67g Melted Dark chocolate
  • Fresh cream 67g
  • 200g whipped whipping cream, whipped about 70%
  • Cake sheet
  • Cocoa powder
  • Sugar powder

Instructions

  1. Dip the roll wafer in melted chocolate and harden it.
  2. Add warmed whipped cream to the melted dark chocolate, mix and cool.
  3. Mix with 70% whipped cream and icing on a cake sheet.
  4. Sprinkle cocoa powder on the top and make letters using a stencil and sugar powder.
  5. After transferring to the finished plate, surround the roll wafer.
