I made a tart full of sweet and refreshing peach flavor~ A subscriber requested to make a tart without a tart mold and I made it.

A crispy tart like a pie is made~^^ Puff pastry is really easy to use after you freeze it and then thaw it. Just add various ingredients and you’re done = 33 A delicious dessert is complete~ I put a link to the video of making puff pastry below.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry
  • Peach 2 Peach
  • Lemon juice 1-2 ts Lemon juice
  • 1 Egg (small)
  • 2ts Water
  • Maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Slice peaches and mix with lemon juice.
  2. Leave a little edge of the puff pastry, make a line and poke a hole inside with a fork.
  3. Mix egg and water to make egg water and apply it to puff pastry.
  4. Place peaches on the inside of the line and bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 210 degrees.
  5. Apply maple syrup.
