Oreo Cream Puffs chocolate choux
Ingredients
Custard cream
- 1 Egg yolk
- 25g sugar
- Corn starch 13g
- 180ml Milk
- 1/4 ts Vanilla extract
- 1/2 Oreo Cream
Choux dough
- 125g Water
- 60g Butter
- Soft flour 45g Flour
- Oreo Powder 45g Crushed Oreo
- 2 Eggs
- Oreo Cream+Custard Cream
- Oreo Powder Crushed Oreo
- cranberry
Instructions
- Separate the Oreo cookie and cream.
- Put the cookies in a blender and grind them into a fine powder.
Cream:
- Put egg yolk + sugar in a bowl and mix, then add cornstarch and mix.
- Put milk + vanilla extract in a pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat when the edges boil.
- Add milk little by little to step (3) and mix, put it through a sieve once, put it in a pot, and boil it until it thickens, then add Oreo cream to finish.
- After transferring to another bowl, cover with cling wrap so that the surface of the cream does not harden, and cool in the refrigerator.
Choux:
- Put water + butter in a pot and bring to a complete boil.
- Add flour + Oreo powder and combine into a ball. Remove from heat, add eggs one at a time, mix, and place in a piping bag.
- After panning in an oven pan, bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Fill the finished shoe with cream and decorate with a mixture of Oreo cream + custard cream, Oreo powder, and cranberries.
