Ingredients
- 2 cups olive oil
- 1 cup minced garlic
- About 10 peperoncino
- 5-6 bay leaves
- 2-3 tbsp salt
Instructions
- Put olive oil, minced garlic, peperoncino, and salt in a pan and bring to a boil over low heat.
- When it starts to boil, add bay leaves and boil a little more.
*This sauce is added when making pasta, so it cooks longer - Remove the garlic when it is not too golden.
