Ingredients

  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 1 cup minced garlic
  • About 10 peperoncino
  • 5-6 bay leaves
  • 2-3 tbsp salt

Instructions

  1. Put olive oil, minced garlic, peperoncino, and salt in a pan and bring to a boil over low heat.
  2. When it starts to boil, add bay leaves and boil a little more.
    *This sauce is added when making pasta, so it cooks longer
  3. Remove the garlic when it is not too golden.
