Ingredients

  • Pancake mix dough
  • whipping cream (Fresh cream 350g+sugar 35g)
  • Sugar syrup
  • A sliced ​​strawberry
  • Strawberry (decoration)

Instructions

  1. Melt a little butter in the pan, wipe it with a kitchen towel, pour the hotcake mix dough, and cook over low heat.
  2. When bubbles rise, turn over and cook a little more. Make 3 hotcakes.
  3. Dip out the hotcakes with a round mousse mold.
  4. Place the hot cake → sugar syrup → whipped fresh cream → sliced strawberries → whipped fresh cream. Repeat once more.
