Ingredients
Dough
- 125g strong flour
- 1/2 ts sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry yeast
- Water (35℃) 100ml
- 1 ts olive oil
Topping
- tomato sauce
- (+mushrooms, onions, olives, ham, etc.)
- pizza cheese
- parsley
- basil
Instructions
- Put strong flour in a bowl and make 3 grooves, put salt, sugar, and dry yeast in each groove and mix with the flour next to it first, then mix it all together.
- Add water and knead to form a lump.
- Add olive oil and knead until smooth.
- Put hot water in another bowl, place the bowl with the dough on it, and cover it with wrap.
- *1 hour of primary fermentation
- After fermentation, press firmly to release the gas, then transfer to a chopping board and knead.
- After dividing into 4 rounds, cover with plastic wrap.
- *Intermediate fermentation 15 minutes
- Add tomato sauce, mushrooms, onions, olives, ham, etc., and boil to make the sauce and prepare the pizza cheese.
- Grease the muffin tin with olive oil and add the pizza dough.
- Put pizza cheese → tomato sauce → pizza cheese in the order, and sprinkle with parsley and basil.
- 10-15 minutes in a 200-degree oven
