I made a pretty cotton cheesecake with green tea and chocolate marbles~ Cotton cheesecake is a cheesecake eaten a lot in Japan~ It’s really soft!! The fluffy and moist cheesecake resembles a zebra~^^ Have fun watching it~♬

Ingredients

  • 125g Cream cheese
  • 30g Butter
  • Sugar 35g
  • 40g cold milk
  • 3 Egg yolk
  • 1Ts Lemon juice
  • 1ts Vanilla extract
  • 1/8 ts Salt
  • 10g Soft flour
  • 30g Corn starch
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1/2ts Lemon juice
  • 35g Sugar
  • 1Ts Green tea powder 1Ts + 1Ts water
  • 1Ts Cocoa Powder 1Ts + 1Ts Water

Instructions

  1. Put a bowl on a pot of warm water, add cream cheese + sugar + butter, mix, and when the sugar is completely dissolved and soft, remove from the pan.
  2. Add cold milk and mix, then add egg yolks one by one and mix.
  3. Add vanilla extract + salt + lemon juice and mix, then sieve soft flour + corn starch and mix.
  4. Put the egg white in a bowl and whip it until a large foam is formed, then add the lemon juice and mix.
  5. Divide the meringue into the cheese batter by 1/3 and mix, then transfer 1/2 to another bowl.
  6. Put green tea powder + water, cocoa powder + water in each bowl and mix, then put the dough in the middle of the intersection in the oven pan
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 17 minutes → in an oven at 140 degrees for 30 minutes, and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
