Ingredients

  • 550g vermicelli
  • 2 onions
  • 200g marinated beef
  • 4 shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 carrot
  • a little bell pepper
  • 1 handful of leek
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar
  • pepper
  • Sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Sesame oil
  • sesame, salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the vegetables.
    The shiitake mushroom stem is cut and stored. It is delicious if you put it in the stew!
  2. Onion, seasoned beef shiitake mushrooms, carrots, green peppers, and chives are sauteed in a pan with sesame oil.
    Be sure to season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add salt to boiling water and boil the vermicelli, drain the water through a sieve, and fry in a pan.
  4. When frying, season with soy sauce, sugar, and pepper.
  5. Put the roasted vegetables, meat, and vermicelli in a bowl, season with sesame oil, soy sauce, and sugar, and mix.
  6. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish.
