Homemade Pepero / Pocky (Chocolate cookie)

Ingredients

  • 175g Butter
  • 115g Sugar Powder
  • Egg 30g
  • 275g Soft Flour
  • 2g Salt
  • Melted milk chocolate
  • Melted white chocolate
  • Choco pen
  • Sprinkle

Instructions

  1. After softening the butter, add sugar powder and mix to make a creamy state.
  2. Add eggs and mix, then sieve soft flour + salt and knead.
  3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out thinly and shape, then place on an oven pan and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
  5. Dip in chocolate on all parts except the stick and harden, then decorate with sprinkles and chocolate pen.
