How to make Hazelnut brownie

I made hazelnut brownies with a savory and sweet taste by meeting hazelnuts and brownies! Hazelnuts are chewed in moist and soft brownies and the texture is so good~ It has become a slightly more luxurious brownie ^^ Best for dessert~~bb!

Eggs at room temperature for at least 30 minutes โ€“ 1 hour

Hazelnut brownie

Ingredients

  • 112g Flour
  • 20g Cocoa powder
  • 1 g baking soda
  • 96g melted Butter
  • 160g melted Dark chocolate
  • 130g Sugar
  • Egg 120g
  • 1g salt
  • Vanilla extract 8g
  • 35g Hazelnut (it crashed)
  • Hazelnut (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Put melted chocolate and melted butter in a bowl and mix, then add sugar + salt little by little and mix evenly.
  2. Add eggs one at a time and mix, then add vanilla extract and mix.
  3. Sift wheat flour + cocoa powder + baking soda and mix without lumps. Add crushed hazelnuts and mix.
  4. Flatten the oven pan and place the hazelnuts.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a 180 degree preheated oven.
