I made a green tea Mont Blanc tart that people who like green tea will really like~ It’s a no-oven, so it’s easier to make. Green tea cream and chestnut blend harmoniously and the green tea scent is fragrant, so delicious,,bb!!

Green tea Mont Blanc Tart

Ingredients

  • 80g Crushed Whole Wheat Cookie
  • 26g melted butter
  • 250g White bean paste
  • 3Ts Fresh cream
  • 3g Green tea powder
  • Whipped whipping cream (Fresh cream 100g + sugar 10g)
  • Chopped Chestnut
  • Boiled Chestnut

Instructions

  1. Add the melted butter to the crushed daisy and mix, then put it in a tart mold covered with wrap and press it firmly to form a shape and put it in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
  2. Put white bean paste in a bowl and loosen it gently, then sift green tea powder, add fresh cream, mix until soft, and place in a piping bag fitted with a Mont Blanc tip.
  3. Add chopped chestnuts to the whipped cream, mix, and place in a piping bag.
  4. Squeeze a little whipped cream in the middle of the tart, add 4 boiled chestnuts, and squeeze the whipped cream around the chestnuts.
  5. Squeeze green tea cream in a pointed shape from bottom to top, and decorate with chestnuts.
