Giant Fondant au Chocolat (Chocolate Lava Cake)

Ingredients

  • 300g melted Dark chocolate
  • 120g melted Butter
  • Sugar 40g Sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • Soft Flour 78g Flour
  • Cocoa powder 30g Cocoa powder

Icing

  • Chocolate 25g
  • Butter 10g
  • 20g Sugar Powder
  • 2ts+1/4ts Water
  • Sprinkler Sprinkler

Instructions

  1. Put melted chocolate and butter in a bowl and mix.
  2. Add sugar and mix, then add eggs in 2-3 batches and mix.
  3. Sift in soft flour + cocoa powder and mix.
  4. Fill the oven pan coated with butter + cocoa powder about 70-80% of the dough,
    Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 18 minutes.

Icing

  1. Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath, then add butter and sugar powder to melt and mix.
  2. Add water and mix. (Water is added or subtracted according to the concentration)
  3. Pour icing over the finished fondant au chocolat and sprinkle with sprinkles.
