Garlic Pasta (Aglio e Olio)

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of spaghetti noodles (about 80g)
  • Minced garlic (3 garlic cloves)
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 5 peperoncino
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • green onion

Instructions

  1. Heat plenty of olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic and minced garlic, and stir-fry, then crush 5 peperoncini with your hands.
  2. ​When the garlic turns golden, add the boiled noodles, add salt and spaghetti boiled water, and stir-fry a little more.
    * When the spaghetti boiled water remains, pour it into a bowl~
  3. Put it in a bowl, add shredded green onion and sprinkle with pepper to finish.
