Ingredients

cookie cookie

  • 60g Butter
  • 40g Sugar powder
  • 1/8 ts Salt
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1/4ts Vanilla extract
  • 75g Cake flour
  • Almond Powder 20g
  • 5g Cocoa powder
  • Food coloring (Red)

Decoration Decoration

  • White choco pen
  • Coconut slice

Instructions

  1. After softening the butter, add sugar powder + salt and mix.
  2. Add the yolk + vanilla extract, mix, sift the powder, mix lightly, add food coloring, mix, spread thinly, and rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Cut with a sock-shaped cutter, place on an oven pan, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
  4. Decorate with white chocolate pen + coconut slices.
